I wanted some input on HIIT for cutting. I’m not in a position to do 400m sprints (Running Man article) but I’ve started doing 100m sprints.
Currently, I’m doing 3x100m sprints,
2-3 a week with 2 min rest intervals.
What have y’all found useful? If I go for more than 100m, I tend to loose to speed. I’m think as I get used to the workload, I’ll increase the number of sprints per session and decrease the rest inverval.
Any thoughts?
