HIIT and Bulking Questions

Hi Guys, at the moment i am bulking and have a couple questons. I have been doing HIIT running twice a week as a means of keeping body fat in check while bulking. With this in mind:

should i include this exercise within the massive eating calorie calculations or exclude it? at the moment i have been doing so.

I may answer my own question here, but surely if i include it within the total calories, and therefore calories are increased, the effect of such running is somewhat negated?

Another question is should i have a regular post workout shake after the HIIT running?
