lol maybe im crazy?!
How the heck would we know how much your body can tolerate? And what’s with the 7 times a week? Can’t you just try to do it three times, then increase to four if you recover easily, then do it five and so on?
well i do 3-4 times a week at the moment, so i think i could tolerate it, just wondered if it would be too much on the body for any other reason, like is it needless overtraining or is it good if i can do it?
Just my 2 cents… if you can do HIIT 7 days a week you’re not doing it right.
Try upping the intensity.
Ahh, yes, and of course, if fatloss is your main concern, fix that diet and… lift heavy.

Well said. Everyone is trying to look for the quickest way to reach a goal.

Make it a 30 day challenge. Do it 7 days a week for one month. Fat loss is an all out war. Go for it!
Personally I think 7 is too excessive and as firestormwarrior said try up the intensity. You don’t want it to become catabolic or damage your efforts when weight training. 4 times should be enough with a clean diet for fat loss.
firestorm got it right.
FW got it. If you can do 7 Days you are doing it wrong.
you will not survive
you will probably become depressed
most likely injure something
from falling on your face perhaps
useless to do 7 days a week
wrestling should be enough of a workout anyway
unless youre a slacker
lol im not a slacker, sometimes rely too much on energy drinks though. ok ill aim for 4 days/week HIIT and keep d wrestling the same
cheerz
I’m glad somebody brought up his diet. You’re a lot better off changing your diet than training 7 days a week if weight loss is the goal.
