High Weight on Glute Bridges

You know I was planning on adding these into my routine, I will do anything to get my squat up.But I have been having a hard time actually doing them at the gym because they look ridiculous.

Im just gonna do them at home.

butt bridges and hip thrusts isolate the glues a bit more i feel. they help glute activation. after just 2 weeks of doing moderate sets of 10 on butt brudges (and taking 2 months off the squat), i hit a 30lb PR set of 10 on squat. i felt as if there was a hyrolic lift in my asshole pushing me out of the bottom of the lift. I seemed to have extra boost off the bottom of the squat. other than that, i think turtles are cute animals.
