High Testosterone Levels

I have not weight trained in four months due an inury and working the graveyard shift. I did do pushups, pullups, and jump rope until my injury healed. I also continued to take my vitamins, ZMA and Tribex. I am in my 30’s and had my yearly physical which included a blood profile test and a requested test to measure my testosterone levels. My tests returned all normal except for my T levels. I was off the normal range chart(241-827 ng/dl)with a reading of 843ng/dl. I have a strong feeling that ZMA and Tribex had a lot to do with my elevated T level.

I know that we all want high T-levels and I was surprised mine were so high. I’ll be hitting the weights again and was wondering with my elevated Testosterone will that help me get back the muscle that I lost in the last four months?

I appreciate your thoughts on this subject.

thats awesome news

dont sell yourself short bro. if you eat right and big and train smart and hard youll get bigger and stronger in a shorter time than you expect.

theres something to be said about deconditioning and muscle memory. im sure youll find yourself making very appreciable gains.

naturally high T is better than juice.

It certainly can’t hurt.
