Will Testosterone Help With Injuries?

I’m 45 and competed in a Toughman contest at 43, and did quite well. I ended up with a shoulder injury that lasted 10 months. Everytime I get close to a competition I end up injured due to the intensive training.

My testosterone level is 473. What should my level be? I have a connection for testosterone replacement. Would this help me to not get injured so easily or at least heal faster? I’m currently 200 lbs and will have to fight at 184. Not sure if added testosterone will make it harder to lose weight.
Any advice?

Added testosterone will make it easier to lose weight (fat).

I am over 40 and using Test Prop, NPP and EQ while dropping my body fat, I have some issues with my AC joints and tennis elbow. The NPP or the EQ has really soothed the joints, of course there may be hell to pay post cycle? Good luck…
