High Test + High SHBG (Improved over 2 years with no TRT)

@kazuya_mishima1 Yea so weird and hippy giving the body what is needs. The modern diet and water is massively lacking in sulphur, so you can take magnesium sulphate. You can’t utilise hormones properly without correct micro nutrient and minerals (including sulphur), so that’s what you take. You think if your body is in survival mode lacking in correct nutrients, trying to keep you alive, it’s ready to make babies?

The body is never low in Test E, it’s low in essential nutrients or high in toxins. Same like the body is never low in Prozac, it’s low in hydration, sleep, nutrients, peace, exercise.

There is one 1 cause of disease, and that’s cell dysfunction, and that’s caused ONLY by toxicity or deficiency. Address your individual deficiency or toxicity and vitality will return.

Just think about it logically, for the last few hundred thousand years we would hunt and eat the entire animal. Boil the bones, eat the hearts and livers. Now we only eat muscle meats. But we need shit like glycine from bones and skin, to detox methionine. Same with liver, we would always have these super high mineral additions. Our females would be out gathering easy to access shellfish in rock pools, like oysters, muscles etc. All super high mineral powerhouses. We have evolved with access to bones and organ meats, but we just don’t eat them now. And low and behold, 60% of people have a chronic illness, and 25% of people have more than one.

Enjoy your cheetos and sticking needles in your ass… I’m not against TRT, or even doing cycles, but from a position of health, and you can’t get your health back if you remove the feedback mechanism that’s telling you what’s wrong. Dick not working, system alert. For some people it might be the only option, but i’m sure 90% of people can recover vitality to a high degree without injections. At least try the natural way first. Is my take on things.

People like you are scary because you give false hope to people who are desperate for help.

@kazuya_mishima1I’m not selling anything bro, I’m just documenting what I did that worked for me. I clearly explained it only works as long as I keep taking epsom salts. It’s a simple test, take some fucking epsom salt and see if it’s a sulphur related issue. It takes 3 hours to feel the effects, if you don’t get any sulphur isn’t an issue for you.

Sulphur IS required to detox ANYTHING from the liver, including sex hormones. NRF2 is the main detox pathway.

Epsom salt will flush anything stuck in the liver. I’m in this too as well remember, look at my post, I started this shit in 2020, and was having issues 2 years before I even posted here. I tried a thousand things, have a spreadsheet of 80 tabs of experiments and this is the thing that I found that works FOR ME. If anyone else wan’t to try it or not, that’s up to them.

Adequate dietary intake of sulfur and trace minerals such as zinc and selenium provide the building blocks necessary to optimize Nrf2-mediated resilience to oxidative stress.

  • The importance of sulfur. Your liver requires high levels of sulfur in order to carry out phase 2 detoxification. Sulfur is found in smelly foods like eggs, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, onion and garlic. Many people do not consume adequate sulfur.

AND I was asked to document what I did, I wasn’t even going to post this.

@kazuya_mishima1 Also why would I make it up, you can see my posts. I said I’d sort without TRT years ago, and I did. I went though 5 years of dark times, trying everything, wondering why is this happening to me, what is wrong with me. Am I less of a man now.

So I literally did 5 years of brutal self experimentation, fucked up so many times, pushed myself way too hard with new experimental detox strategies. Taking shit sometimes every 3 hours, like alpha lipoic acid. Stuck coffee up my ass. Pulled out a fucking front tooth to eliminate the possibility it was from an infected root canal, had mercury fillings drilled out my mouth, accidentally ‘floxed’ myself with some mental antibiotics (never take any ABX with the word ‘flox’ in them unless your life depends on it) I tried literally every healing modality there is, and learned a shit ton while I was at it. A Ton. Fucking 5 years worth.

So you think I’d just come in here chatting shit after all of that. For what? I didn’t even post it, I was literally asked to disclose.

@tension22 what are your iron labs (with ranges)? Specifically Transferrin Saturation, Ferritin, Serum Iron, TIBC, and Transferrin?

I have strong reason to believe that hereditary hemochromatosis is the main reason for high SHBG levels, especially in men with both primary and secondary hypogonadism. I have been looking into this extensively and there are many studies linking this.

@ShitFuckDickSuck So yea this was an issue for sure;

First labs

TIBC: 218 (L) (250-450)
Serum Iron: 108 (65-175)
Ferritin: 143 (15-200)
T sat: % 50 (H) (16-45)

Second labs after removing infected root canal, taking modified citrus pectin, and doing more epsom salt flushes (which could be flushing out excess iron too)

TIBC: 253
Serum Iron: 133
Ferritin: 118
T sat: % 53 (H)

I also believe, based on just a hunch/intuition that I don’t have HH, just H which is caused by mercury (overloaded liver, struggling to detox everything including iron, Test, SHBG, mercury etc etc but am open to being wrong and looking at another explanation). I don’t have the HH genes, I checked already with 23andme. However, thanks for the data point, I will continue to check bloods about this, and shift focus to address this more.

Unfortunately after getting floxed, my liver can’t handle epsom flushes as smoothly as before, so just giving myself some time to recover from that, before I go back to them.

But even without them, my libido and erection quality are slowly and steadily improving. Even without doing epsom salt, I can function fine, have sex once a day, sometimes twice. If I know it’s on with a chick, I can take pregninalone and DHEA in the morning, and by the evening I get a 50% boost in libido and sex quality. But doesn’t work long term, your body adapts after a week or so.

I attribute this slow and gradual improvement to my well rounded detox regiment, including epsom flushes, saunas, rebounding, niacin flushes, cilantro and chlorella, heavy metal 5 foods smoothie (google it), IMD, mediation (boosts glutathione, and reduces oxidative stress) and many other things.

One strange thing, is if I do semen retention, my libido goes way up by day 2-4, then after that drops off a cliff. Basically the opposite of what’s reported.

But yea anyway, thanks again, will continue to monitor, and possibly even consider TRT again if H is the cause after another 1-2 years of cleaning up my body. I still don’t feel like I’m at the end with mercury yet. If I take cilantro (a potent chelator), I get symptoms. If I take with chlorella or zeolite (binders) symptoms are gone, and improvements are felt. It’s been tested repeatedly, and I’m not mentally ill or have any neurosis about it, contrary to the belief of some doctors, friends and random people online. I have taken a scientific approach, and I want to recover.

## Hemolysis-Associated Hemochromatosis during Foodborne Microbial Infection and Intoxication

Many biological (infection), chemical (toxins, metals) and physical factors (irradiation) from food may affect iron metabolism and iron-associated pathogenesis, such as hemolysis. Heavy metals, including cadmium, mercury, lead, arsenic, manganese, chromium, cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc, selenium, silver, antimony and thallium, can be potential inducers of hemolysis when mammals are exposed to these toxic metals via circulation

yo man I have same values like you more or less. I will start some of ur regiment. Already started with chlorella (organic) magn/zink , alfa, pine bark extract … and sauna 15 min 3 times a week. I know I have something else then just low t symtoms are more like toxin build up or vitamin problem. Becouse I had some bloodwork way better shbg levels and free t but still feeling very bad. Need to try epsom flushes!!. And why I may think that you can have right is when I start to think back when all my symptoms happened it was after I got my first tattoos (toxins) plus I did go to a party weekend in closely after that with a friends and we drink for a week (never a big drinker overall) first time in life I was drinking for a week. After all that I was never same health wise again. And it was years ago…
