Epic bump! Just wondering if the template is still up to date, or if anyone has made a new one with improvements. Would really like to get my hands on one if possible. Planning on starting the program this week.
I also have a question. Lets say on the first upper body pressing day. You neural ramp on the first exercise going all the way up to your MTW where you begin your wave loading. On the article on Week 1 you wave load 4 sets, week 2 you wave load 7 sets and on week 3 you wave load 11 sets. Is this something written in stone?
Also, after I’m done on the first exercise. In the video tutorials CT says that you start with the weight that you ended with on the first exercise and ramp up to your MTW. Whereas in the article Set 1 has you starting with the MTW for that exercise. Which is it?
