High/Low Pulley Necessary?

I’m considering using my bonus to upgrade my bench and perhaps my open cage. Room is limited but I like the price of this, without the pulley system:

Right now I have a high/low pulley but I know most exercises can be done with free weights and I’m only doing tricep pulldowns now. Would I be missing that much if I no longer had the pulley option?

Btw, would a triceps bar be worth having? I currently have an ez curl bar, that I’ve used for overhead extensions, but I’m wondering if the tricpes bar would hit the muscles more effectively.

The pulley is nice but not neccesary. You can stimulate the tri’s with skull crusher’s, kick-backs, and overhead extensions.
