I’ve still been able to lift surprisingly well. I’ll probably suck at this push/pull meet in January, but I’m tired of delaying things. There are some nicer full meets in the state this year that this will warm me up for anyways.
As of now things like driving and sitting are actually more painful because they put pressure on the swollen and cut parts of my left side. Oh and my love life is painful because the girl I’ve been dating a month realized how dumb I am D:

squats felt good for the first day. Some cuts on my knee opened up and my left abdomen hurt from the belt, but nothing too bad. I felt like I was hesitant to use my quads so I made a point to emphasize that on the triples. I want to stay more upright with my squats going forward

You’re right. I haven’t given training or dieting my full honest effort in a while. I really want to total 1300+ this year and make it to a lean 220. That won’t come easy
The push pull competition is on Saturday so I’ll probably just take Friday off from everything. I’m not going to worry about peaking or being 100% fresh, I just want to be strong and lean all the time now.

I bounced the crap out of the 2nd rep then did it all dead stop. I don’t think I’ll do touch and go for a while as I abuse it too easily. Definitely belt up dude asap.
