this level of bodyfat is fine, but I’m cheating on my diet every single day and hence gaining too fast. I’ll switch things up

felt great, I did these bent over no arm rest. They’ll be even better once the landmine comes in.

only got 4 hours of sleep but I’m glad I woke early for this. It’ll give me more productive time in the afternoons and more time to train in general.

duude nice pressing. 135 is legit. When I get my setup I’ll be back on 5/3/1 and will push OHP. My back is huuuge everything minus traps

Good day, I hit a PR very easily and this is after hitting legs the last two days and not resting a week between sessions so far. I plugged in some stupid numbers to the coan/philippi calculator so we’ll see how it goes

hamstrings have actually grown a lot in the past couple of months. Now that carbs are up, I’m finally getting bigger and stronger.

Haha thanks for the invite man, but I don’t think I will be there for years. I have never maxed the lift, but I suspect I would top out around 180. I would have to add 20 lbs, and then start working on reps haha.
