High E2 Symptoms?

My thyroid labs:

TSH - 1.190
RT3 - 19.5
T3 - 3.5

Just go IM. Dont puss out.

I have no problem with Iā€™M, I did IM from the time I was 16-19, defy recommended subq for my protocol, tonight during my consultation Iā€™m asking them about changing back to IM

Going from sub-q to IM I immediately felt better than sub-q the first couple days followed by not as good as for another 4 weeks maybe and then started feeling better and better until I finally started feeling amazing. It usually takes me longer than most people to get used to a dose/protocol change though.

187lbs taking 28.6mg/day. Iā€™m not sure that size really plays a part in how much T you need. Thereā€™s plenty guys 220 lbs or more who complain that they are overdosing if they take more than 120mg/week. Iā€™d try a little lower than 30mg before going up that high.

Similar story. I never felt anything doing subQ. Did it for a month or two, nothing good or bad. Switched to IM and was able to feel it then. Hard to explain but I think youā€™ll see what we mean. Iā€™m pretty much the same all the time now but in the beginning I could tell I needed another shot and could tell the next day I had taken one. Iā€™m assuming thatā€™s before levels had built up to whatever they are now

Im not surprised.

Theres almost a ā€œcultā€ going on where people never think high e2 can be a problem. It absolutely can, especially with low shbg people like you and me.

Im exactly the same as you, e2 gets too high and my mind, body, soul and penis is done. Reduce the dosage, and it all comes back with a vengeance.

Forum people arent doctors, they just parrot the ā€œnew thingā€, ive been on forums for years and years and thats how forums work. Humans are very simple people when you understand our evolutionary past and the fact we are flock animals.

  1. Reduce your dosage.
  2. Wait 6-8 weeks.

You will feel good.

Go through @equel 's past posts and ask yourself if thatā€™s how you want to feel. If so then heā€™s laid out exactly how to do it for you. However, if your goal is to not be miserable then you have advice from the non-miserable crowd as well. Itā€™s all about what your goal is.

Iā€™m going to get advice from defy but I do NOT want to even try decreasing my dose unless I have to. Iā€™m 23, I want to feel godly and on top of the world, Iā€™ve been robbed of that for too long, Iā€™ve had low T since birth, so Iā€™m going for maximum benefits. I donā€™t mind trying one thing at a time in 8 week intervals. Iā€™m gonna start by switching to daily IM injections, do that for 8 weeks and see where Iā€™m at. Although if defy has some other reasonable protocol that makes sense then Iā€™ll try it. Iā€™m still gonna tell them I want to stay away from AI. I will say though, when I was 16, I only took 50mg a week Bi-weekly (classic doc who doesnā€™t know what theyā€™re doing protocol) up until I was 19, and I felt really good surprisingly, but I was also a healthy body weight and decently active. I think about that often, and imagine how good I could have felt with a higher dose at that age and in that shape. That thought keeps me pursuing the benefits, I would be happy for the rest of my life if I could at least feel how I did in that age range. Hopefully I get there if not better.

Remember itā€™s not always exactly 8 weeks on the dot. For me personally I notice it can be longer even up to 12 weeks. So donā€™t panic at the 8 week mark if you donā€™t feel better yet. Just wait a bit longer.

This concept of thinking you must have the highest levels to achieve maximum results may not allow you to achieve the results you desire.

Spoke to Defy medical today, and the Doc I talked to said my E2 is way too high in relation to my Free T. He said we arenā€™t looking at TT ratio compared to E2, weā€™re looking at FT ratio, and right now, my E2 is double my FT, and It needs to be 1:1 or even less E2 than FT. He Recommended lowering my dose slightly, going to about 140mg per week, and taking 1 anastrazole per week. He wants me to at least try the AI and see how I feel, and he said if it doesnā€™t take my E2 low enough, or I have bad side effects from the AI, that we will try something called nandrolone. So Iā€™ll be doing this protocol for awhile to see what happens.

Thatā€™s way too much anastrozole, kind of like hitting a nail with a sledgehammer.

0.125mg once a weekā€¦ Did not mention the dosage, sorry.

Well listen to your doc. See what happens. But one more thing regarding IM, It will aromatase a lot less, on some folks. That may be a better way to lower E. This is all just food for thought. Your doc most certainly has a better understanding of your medical condition, than guys on the web

I agree, he seemed knowledgeable. Also he said my RT3 was too high, so he told me about some supplements I could take to help.

The doctor seriously told you to take 1/8 of a 1mg pill, per week?
Can someone explain what the point of that is?

Try to get off of the AI.

Iā€™m assuming this wasnā€™t Dr Saya?

No, but I specifically asked about their general protocols, and was told they all use similar protocols and are trained in a similar way. However they all have different opinons, but in general all staff should use the same types of ratios and science behind HRT. This is what I was TOLD, not sure how much truth there is to this.

Yes, the doctor told me that. If that doesnā€™t work then Iā€™ll take 2 per week. If that doesnā€™t work, Iā€™ll get early labs done, and another consultation. 0.125 is a tiny dose, I donā€™t mind at leary trying it, worst case, I feel the same or worse, and re-evaluate. Defy has a pretty good reputation, so Iā€™ll trust their guidance until I have a reason not to.
