I had the same issues but was pinning 100 every 3.5 days. My test was through the roof but E2 couldn’t keep up. I even tried 250 every 3.5 days hoping to boost E2 with no success. I switched to 50 eod and found consistency finally after over 2 years.
@anon10230041 recommendation is prob the easiest intervention.
What are your labs?
His low is low E2 for you?
What have your labs looked like when you feel great?
Those are perfectly reasonable, albeit conservative, numbers.
Maybe you could find some improvement by going to 60mg every 3.5 days afterall. You have room to boost your total and free T numbers, and though your E2 looks good, maybe you’d feel better with it a little higher as well.
You can only try to see if you feel better with more. Maybe 56 mg 2x a week. So 112 mg a week. You can just jump to 120 mg but I think it may be to big of a jump since your numbers are good already. I know on my syringe each cc = 2mg. That’s on my test with which is 200mg per 1 ml. So that would be 28 cc.
I don’t think your height has anything to do with it. Weight can affect conversion to e2.
