Pinning E3.5D, High Testosterone, Low E2. Change to Once/Week?

Hi,

I have been injecting Test E 50mg E3.5D to avoid spiking my E2 levels.

However, I whilst my T levels are increasing, my E2 are suffering and I am pretty much feeling all the effects of low E2.

Not taking an AI. Would I be better off pinning once a week to help my E2 levels get up?

Thanks for listening

You really need labs to see your e2 numbers. Many times guys think it’s low when it’s high and vice versa. Many of the symptoms overlap.

Joints hurting usually always means low.

Yep joints hurting, huge amount of anxiety, frequent toilet trips and really tired.

I would try to go to 60 e3.5. More t to convert to e2.

You really need labs we are shooting in the dark.

Thanks Charlie. Ill give this a go and send through my bloods from tomorrow.

I had the same issues but was pinning 100 every 3.5 days. My test was through the roof but E2 couldn’t keep up. I even tried 250 every 3.5 days hoping to boost E2 with no success. I switched to 50 eod and found consistency finally after over 2 years.

@anon10230041 recommendation is prob the easiest intervention.

What are your labs?

His low is low E2 for you?

What have your labs looked like when you feel great?

What is your SHBG?

I’m finding the longer i’m on TRT, the harder it is to keep e2 in a good range, even without “trying”

Certain supplements and my high SHBG influence it a lot I think.

Got my tests back;
E2 - 24
SHBG - 32
TT - 623 ng/dl
FT - 138 pg/ml

Thanks gents.

Also is there such a thing T to E ratio?

Thanks mate.

Those are perfectly reasonable, albeit conservative, numbers.

Maybe you could find some improvement by going to 60mg every 3.5 days afterall. You have room to boost your total and free T numbers, and though your E2 looks good, maybe you’d feel better with it a little higher as well.

Thanks mate.

Having had low E2 for a long period of time, I know that I would rather be high E2. Low E2 symptoms

This is why labs are important. Symptoms don’t always tell the whole picture.

Always post ranges with your labs. Was that the ultrasensitive or regular E2 test?

Labs look good. But need to know how you feel.
Yes ratio means allot.

If my testosterone is at 900 and my e2 is at 35-40 probably will not have any high e2 symptoms.

If my testosterone is 500 and my e2 is 35-40. Different story.

Thanks.

E2 Sensitive - 88pmol/l Range - <190
TT - 21.6 nmol/L Range 10-35
FT - 479nmol/L Range 225-725
SHBG - 32nmol/L Range 10-50

In all honesty these are the best numbers Ive had in sometime but feel that my body and mind would feel better at a higher E2 and FT.

Been on this protocol (50mg Test E E3.5D/No AI) for about 4 weeks.

Im a big guy, 6ft4 and weigh about 110kg. So would I need higher numbers because of this?

Thanks again

You can only try to see if you feel better with more. Maybe 56 mg 2x a week. So 112 mg a week. You can just jump to 120 mg but I think it may be to big of a jump since your numbers are good already. I know on my syringe each cc = 2mg. That’s on my test with which is 200mg per 1 ml. So that would be 28 cc.

I don’t think your height has anything to do with it. Weight can affect conversion to e2.
