You need to find out what your Hemoglobin/Hematocrit levels are. It is VERY common for someone under TRT to make too much blood and have to do a Phlebotomy to reduce the blood levels. That will cause high blood pressure for sure.
I have that issue and have a Phlebotomy every 2 months to keep mine reasonable.
Thanks. I think these doctors get pissed when you are on top of your health. I seem to get this attitude like why are you here if you know it all. A sightly off topic question. Does anybody know if trt can reduce seminal fluid volume or prolong recovery time?
It just seems the glands are only making half as much juice. And if me and the wife want to have a 2nd go around I have to wait 8 hours. I mean everything works like it is suppose to within an hour but the bags are empty. Is this something hcg would help with by keeping my balls working? Any thoughts?

E2=27 is not bad. You could see if 0.5mg/week in EOD dosing is helpful. Understand the issues with “anastrozole over-responder”.
We have no idea why some guys will product E2 when on DHEA. Suspect that the action is in the adrenals.
Well I am not the smartest guy. I know enough to get myself in trouble. Back in Oct-Nov. I was taking a old supplement of Andro-Stack 850. I read about DHEA being a good supplement and Tribulus Terrestris too. So I figured why not? I am already on test and when I originally to this stack it didnt seem to do much. Well from it my E2 shot through the roof. There were times I felt unbelievably great. Wish I could get that feeling all the time. Other times I would be up all night with anxiety and emotional. That was the worst. I will tell you what really upsets me is the doctors. They have their mind set on test-cyp and thats all the patient needs. I am seriously wanting to go to 1 shot every 4 days. And adding in Anastrozole. My wife keeps telling me to get the endo on board with this. I think these docs are a lost cause. But I might give the endo one more chance because I would like to follow the complete protocol with hcg. I will be talking to endo at end of the week. I will let ou know what becomes of it.

My BP has been lower since TRT.
If your TRT dose is too high, that can cause high BP.
At T = 997 you are kind of highish if the blood was taken towards the end of the 7 days (in that case you will be much higher even towards the beginning of the 7 days). In that case consider lowering the testosterone dose. Few natural healthy men have T levels that high.

This may explain why E2 was half of what it was in November. Because my T was half of what it was then too. I cannot believe the fluctuation. Where is the best place to get anastrozole? I was looking at AllDay Chemist. Is this site safe as far as fraud? How long to recieve product? Thanks.

KSman you mentioned I could see a .5mg/week dosing helpful. I did the math and with 1mg/ml liquid that is 3 drops EOD. Figuring 20 drops/ml. What would be better? 1 drop a day or 3 drops EOD? As stated last E2 lab was 27. But that was before injection so since T was low I suspect E2 would be low. I believe the first 3 days after injection E2 is higher. This is my first experience with any AI. Any advice? Try to search over responder with no success. What to look for if over responding…No morning wood. Anything else?
Anastrozole over-responders:
When they start a normal dose, they may feel good briefly as E2 drops through a sweet spot, then feel bad when e2 gets low.
These guys need to quit for 5-6 days then resume at 1/4th the expected dose.
EOD dose is fine and allows for finer dose increments.
Note that the type of dropper matters, glass vs plastic and type of plastic may matter. And also varies with the solution that one uses. Its all about surface tension. Don’t do the math, count actual drops.
I will have my liquid AI by Saturday. Since I cannot get my endo onboard with this protocol and taking care of myself. The missing link is HCG. Will taking 25mg DHEA help supplement the benefits of HCG? I know it will not keep or get the testes to work. But as far as benefiting from my adrenals this should help? Should I add Pregnenolone? Or is there research HCG? ADC doesn’t carry HCG.
Endo must of had this on list of test to perform. He must be listening when I talk about AI and HCG. But from what I gather with test note I doubt he will give me either. This is his way of saying I know what you are going to ask. Is this test worthless? He ran an E2 also. My liquid AI should be here tomorrow. Since I can’t get HCG will supplements of 25mg DHEA and Pregnenolone be good substitutes? Tetris Tribulus?
