I used to be really cold natured until I dropped about 50# a little over a year ago. Since then its been the opposite. My skin temperature seems high to me (and any anyone else). In fact I can’t sleep if its above 65F. I’ve had my temp checked several times and its never been high but I sometimes feel temperature flushed just sitting at my desk. Anybody experience this?
I did when I weighed about 15 lbs(muscle) more than I do now. I experienced this not exactly as you say(close) but I had people comment about it “Jesus get the hell away from me”. I was also training hard at the time…I think overtraining or at least my sleep and recovery was crap cause I noticed a high pulse rate 80 minimum more like 90+ right now it’s more normal 65 or so. I think this overtraining had something to do with it. Oddly enough I notice when I eat extremely low calories I go nuclear fever.
