Im still pretty sick so im gonna sleep all day today like i did yesterday or from the time my kids go to and come back from school.

If it keeps up. I’d recommend a few days off. Better to miss a few workouts than have a couple of poor ones AND delayed recovery

Ive been on antibiotics for 4 days now. Hopefully im feeling better by Wednesday

When you get back to being ok, I’d recommend probiotics and Superfood. Antibiotitics will destroy your gut good bacteria too and you need to rebuild them to have proper digestion. Fermented foods are also gonna be beneficial.

I did 12 rounds and ill tell you what. I really hit my stride after the 6th time though. If i had more time i couldve kept going.
