Today was rough. I felt physically exhausted and mentally great. It made the workout mentally hard because i wanted to push it hard but my body wasnt having it.
Sorry to hear about how hard the last session was. With how busy you are, it is to be expected once in a while, mostly due to central fatigue, which is bound to occur when you ref a lot of games.
Ya, id rather be physically exhausted then mentally. When my brains down i feel even more screwed cause i cant keep up with my kids. I feel great today so im ready for legs

B2 Leg Extension 2 x 10-15 reps 1x 15at225 1x22( i think i lost count and did extra)
B3 Sled Walking Backward 2 x 1 min 1255lbs
C1 Romanian Deadlift (Bar)|2 x 5 185 lbs
C2 Leg Curl 2 x 10-15 reps 185lbs
C3 Kettlebell Swing 2 x 1 min 32lbs had to stop and take a break on second set only which was great

The work felt good. It was nice to add weight to some of the lifts and extend times on others. I did have to take a phone call from my daughters school after i did the aerodyne bike though.
Today i felt mentally exhausted from an extremely stressful morning and week. I physically felt awesome but i worked out later then usual and it was noticeable harder. I did add weight and cut rest time while adding time to my holds

No workout today, i wanted to but got home to late and didnt have time before my next game. Tonights game wasnt good and we lots of breaks because of injuries and cramps.
Well, congrats on the progression. But it might have been a better investment to just do some easy pump work. Which is what I typically do when I’m drained. But it turned out well at least.
Today felt great !! i felt like if i used the full rest period I couldve used more weight. Or maybe just survived those burpees i think staying the night in CA after our game made today possible. Driving overnight kills me for a full day at leas. So its really nice only traveling 1 day this week.

Today phase 2 day 2 workout felt great. Added weight and felt strong. I just got interrupted a lot by my youngest whos home sick with strep. Which is why theres no heart rate chart. Cant weight to load new pics and weight on friday
