Today felt great until those burpee’s and pushups. Theyre always hard, they crush me. The long stretch time aggravated my right shoulder. This work out made me really tired for the rest of the day. Like i couldve gone to bed at noon yesterday. I was passing out anywhere i sat down. I had sick upper body pump all day though
