It felt so good to lift again. I was really burnt out from all those games and travel. After that 1st set of dip holds my upper body would buckle getting back up there. It was HYSTERICAL. Cant wait for tomorrow

Workout was rough, I felt really tired today. I spent a lot of time warming up. My lower back was tight. Probably from all the travel. I had eggs and potatoes + a low carb tortilla for post meal and im gonna try and get a nap before basketball games tonight.

I felt very rushed during my workout. Ive got so many things to do before my game and trip. The first set was tiring but i felt great after that. I didnt get my hr walk in either.so i did 10 min on the aerodyne followed by 20 on the treadmill. My forearms still get insanely pumped after the hangs. The first is the workout and second is the bike and treadmill

I got bored on my layover and did an hour walk as soon as i got here with my backpack. This is so boring i might go do another walk
I was pleased by how it went. Despite it being humid. Good knowledgeable crowd.

Just finished game 1. Forgot turn watch back after half time then it died a min later. Any conditioning after the work out is hard though
I got back into the AZ heat at 715 this morning and went to work. Gonna train on my next break and see how it goes
