Hi, just introducing myself, Nick a 50 year old from the uk, I’ve been lifting about 10 years on a regular basis, I’m a veteran and before I started the serious lifting I was a an endurance runner with a number of marathons under my belt, since leaving the military I’ve had a number of security jobs, which is why I started to lift more seriously as I felt I need to put on a bit of size and strength. I’m not the biggest guy I’m 76kg, my current totals are squat 120kg bench 70kg and deadlift 146 , my OHP is 60kg . I’m not setting any world records anytime soon lmao

Once i was consistancy over 195-200lbs those no longer became fun:joy:
