HGH, Test E, Adrol, Hcg

I agree. I was simply just commenting on his, “I figured 3,000 calories would be enough to gain” comment. 3,000 doesn’t work for everyone, including myself and I don’t have celiac disease.

Actually he will lose even more weight! Because now his daily caloric maintenance has gone up a lot because of the added muscle.

100%! Didn’t even account for that. Recipe for going back to square one.

So I did a little digging and found that those with celiac have a two-fold increased risk of coronary artery disease. So that’s important to know if you’re looking into any kind of blast and cruise regimen. You’ll want to avoid those drugs that can cause an outsized risk profile to the heart. That means no nandrolone for you. That means no large doses of test, at least not very often. That means no big blasts of wet orals like dbol, since all that weight gain from water retention can cause high bp, and persistent high bp is dangerous to even a healthy heart and vascular system.

So for you I think the road is going to lead towards small dose blasts, long cruises, and regular blood work and heart ultrasounds. If you’re going to risk you health further for a better body then you damn well better be prepared to do all the annoying stuff like making sure you’re going to live long enough to raise those two kids. You have no more important job than as a father, so don’t forget that. Not ever. Understand?

I think you’re a textbook case of someone who would benefit from simple blasts with mild compounds. Think low test, moderate primo, and maybe anavar at the tail end, followed by 6+ months off. But before anything else happens you need to nail down maintenance. Figure out how to maintain from your last cycle so that the next one can be even more effective. If you can do that then maybe you won’t have to cycle but once every 18 months rather than twice a year. Long term health is your primary goal here.

Holy crap boys thanks for the info.

I couldn’t tell you what my calories are and one of you was right I need to account for what I eat and to try push it. I eat a whole chicken breast or tuna with brown rice 4 times a day. I have a gluten free shake and a scoop of egg white powder totally 60g with a bowl of gluten free oats in the morning and a double scoop of casein protein and milk for night time. I will use my fitness pal to calculate the calories involved in this. Even still I get serious symptoms of eating gluten. Makes me feel like I’ve drank a ton of spirits like vodka etc and not to mention the bathroom is vile 5-6 times a day lol.

What I will do is take this all on board since you are conversing and taking what I say at face value. I dont take well to negativity or people just being nasty.

Once I have figured what an extra two plates of food does I will then look at blast and cruise (low dose nothing excessive, i wasnt never interested in tren etc). Scales are down 1lbs this morning so needing to sort this boys.

Thanks for all your comments I really appreciate your help.

Thanks for all doing research before violently commenting opinions. Means a lot. My mother also has celiacs and has ran into osteoporosis with hers. I wasnt aware of heart issues but I have a docs appt on the 16th September and bloods on the 18th so will check.

Try some of these things for your diet:
-hard boiled eggs; easy to prep for the week, full of protein, fat, and tons of other nutrients
-pea milk; I’m allergic to milk, so i use the plant-based stuff and it’s been a good way to add a little protein before bed; much more calorie dense than almond milk, which is garbage
-cheese; again, fat and protein, no carbs, easy to take with you
-zucchini noodles; gluten free, perfect to eat in place of regular pasta, takes on the flavor of what you put on it, and is all around better for you (in particular you) than something like rice
-riced cauliflower; again, no gluten, can be made into a mash with Greek yogurt, milk, and cheese and you’d think you’re having mashed potatoes, but without nearly the starch (and less filling so you can eat more)
-full fat Greek yogurt; protein, fat, no gluten, and carbs come from whatever sugar is added, or if you get plain you can add honey to make it not taste so sour

This is basically a lazy version of keto where you’re cheating a little bit (sugar is a no-no, but fuck it man, food has to taste good sometimes and yogurt without sugar is sour cream by any other name). You can hold on to more muscle with higher protein diets than with a balanced one if calories are equal. Meaning 3,000 calories of high protein is > 3,000 calories of 40/30/30 (C/P/F). Given your condition you need a lot of green vegetables too, so work those in as best you can.

Someone with celiac disease I’m quite certain needs to rely heavily on protein and fats. Carbs are what upset your gut. You need to increase your fat intake by a good bit. Avocado, Whole eggs, hell even some peanut butter.

I wish you luck. You definitely are at a disadvantage, but not something you cannot overcome.

Unfortunately (not an excuse) with refractory celiacs you still have the same upset with the gut even with gluten free which has been confirmed by my blood tests. I will though however take on all advice in regards to nutrition and go for gold.

Let me tell you this though, as depressing as you could make it I am fucking over the moon with how i look atm and y’know what there are people worse off in life.

Thanks for all your help i will draw up an eating plan and get back to you on this thread.

Dude, I don’t think anyone can or should take away how you feel about your progress. Keeping your current gains and physique is going to be the hard part and where guys I think I trying to help.

Best of luck man!

Yes sir I agree. There was one guy once who tried to put me down… cant remember :kissing_heart:

Gonna put everything in to this and my workouts I will post what I do anyway see if ya’ll can tweak it

All these guys are coddling you too much. I think they are feeling pity for you. You honestly could have achieved all those beginner gains without using gear. All this shit about celiacs is just excuses and justifications. The celiacs actually should have been perfect reason for high protein/fat diet. So you went from the body shape of a 13yr old to a 16 yr old using HGH , Test, and Adrol. The attitude and mentality you hold is what will keep you back.

EDIT: My 16yr old son has celiacs, so I have some first hand knowledge.

This is what the OP needs to understand. His calorie requirements will go UP on cycle and after, assuming he built a decent amount of muscle with the drugs. Which is why, if he cant gain weight without drugs, he sure as hell wont keep anything after them. Not if he struggles to eat enough naturally.

If the OP was ready for drugs, he would have known this.

Yes but he has celiacs disease sir so he can eat thing without gluten. I have refractory celiac disease which is a whole different game.

So if you have first hand knowledge you will understand that part and not act like an idiot.

Says the guy that used steroids to get the body of a 16yr old. I made more gains going through Marine Corps boot camp.

Does your illness stop you from eating meats, eggs, potatoes, all dairy, fruits, and all vegetables? Didnt think so. Go play the victim role else where.

Well what it means it my gut is severely damaged and doesn’t intake things and still reacts the exact same as if I eat gluten. So everything you mentioned will infect do the same thing.

Why don’t you actually research what refractory celiacs is before you spout absolute nonsense on here.

I mean even for normal celiac patients some get it bad some actually dont get it that bad. Surely if your son “actually” had this disease you would have more compassion or has all the gear busted your little mind?

Well done your the third not to investigate, at least the others came back after and sympathised…

I have only used TrT. Nothing above 200mgs a week. Then I lowered to 100mgs a week. I have never done a cycle or orals. Its not my job to investigate what your disease is. I dont care that much what you can or cant eat. Its just sad that all that gear to look like you graduated PE class.

All I can see is a hater… Negativity from you doesn’t get me down dont worry. It’s just pathetic sir.

Thats the same view most have about your gear use to get beginner gains that could have been done naturally. Good Luck
