hey guys i need a little info . . .
my info - 19yrs old , 6’3 , 220 lbs , yrs training - 1
im having alot of trouble with my left knee , i had a piece of cartilage cut out 2 yrs ago and all has been well since . . .
about 4 weeks ago after a massive leg work out my knee had swollen up and was causing me alot of pain .
i took 2 weeks off leg training and cardio and went to a physio he was no real help to told me i had done some damage to the cartilage and not to do deep squats or lunges and that i would just have to put up with the pain . . .
i have done a little research and have heard that HGH could be used to help me with this injury and repair the cartilage
is this true ? or is there anything else that could help ?
one other factor seems to be my age ive heard i may be to young to use anything without other big problems . . .
plz help . . . charley

You seem like an intelligent lad, the reason being because you told me you had done some previous research. Good job. I’m sure people will be willing to help you out now.
I haven’t done too much research on HGH’s effects, but if you read somewhere that it could heal the cartilage, then I would check other sources to see if the information matches up.
Anyone else want to step in?
