HGH Dosing, and Ancillaries

Thanks to everyone for the advice i’ve acquired so far. Love this forum.

I am considering adding GH to the end of my cycle for the last 4 weeks, and continuing through PCT as a bridge.

a Few questions:

Whats an appropriate dosing? i have read 2-3iu would be sufficient for a beginner. I have friends advising me anything under 20iu is wasting my time. This seems excessive!

Also, Is cytomel really necessary? What are your personal experiences?

I’m 26, 242 ~10% BF, Interested primarily in strength and performance

GH is a very effective tool. 2-3iu of quality GH (very hard to come by these days) will do a lot to preserve muscle during pct. Idk why they are saying 20iu lol… that’s ridiculous.

is t3 necessary? no… I don’t know why anyone would think that… ill never take t3 again

if your goal is strength and performance, I would recommend not coming off at all… and by that I mean blast/cruise for life

If the gh is poor quality would that explain the high dosage?

Edited for auto correct

it’s not T3 you take with hGH, but T4. one of the reasons hGH helps people lose body-fat is because it increases the conversion from T4 to T3…

so would hgh be a good addition for someone that is borderline hypothyroid?

So is T4 necessary?

i’d say so. if you’re already hypo, then i’d presume you’ll be losing fat quite a bit easier…

i don’t think it’s absolutely necessary (as people still get results without it), but i think it will accelerate fat loss quite a bit more so than without it.

apparently 100 mcg/day of T4 (synthroid) is the normal dose in this situation…
