What does the epo do for you?

Sorry for the late post Wideguy…
It (EPO) really really improves my recovery time and therefore my training volume and I feel great. The best combo was EPO and GH… I would like to try it again with at least 600+ TEST per week… but for a bridge it was very good.
It sucks I am having a hell of a bunch of bad luck getting anything into Canada. I need a remailer from somewhere here or in the US.

That is a side effect that shows up at doses that are too high.

I found I get it at low dosages… anything at 3 IU or higher and If I dont get it I am pretty sure its bunk.

It increases red blood cells in the body aka blood doping to the IOC
Thats true, but then nearly all anabolic steroids will have the same (though not as potent) effect. EPO is so effective, that if you are a competitive athlete, the stress, and dehydration of competition, combined with the increase in RBCs, can kill you.
Normally I’m the last person to say “Oh, but this drug will kill you, don’t do it”, but EPO is about the one drug I won’t touch.
Thats just my assesment of the risks though, coupled with the fact that I sweat a LOT during exercise. I’d hate to increase my blood viscosity to the point where it won’t flow, hence causing an embolism.

Hey Bushy I would say from personal experience that Insulin is more dangerous and easier to screw up… EPO you just need to follow the dosing instructions, drink lots of water and maybe take a white willow bark or childrens aspirin daily but I know lots of cyclists using it during the year with out any trouble.
And I love the feeling… energizer bunny style.
