Can I get some opinions on what the difference between HGH, DHEA, Testosterone for someone like me that needs something. I am 56 years old, and lack proper energy, and am looking for something to pick me up and help build some muscle at the gym. What are the side effects of each if any. I have done reading on this but there are so many different kinds and such, I’m wondering what the experts here have to say, and which way I should go.
I could also use a kick for more sex drive as well. Is there a “super pill” for all this, or am I dreaming wanting to be safe as well. I know already that I need to work on my diet. Thanks in advance.

I’m not so sure you have done as much reading as you think you have.
Nothing to worry over, it can be a little overwhelming at first.
That being said, you might want to take this to the Steroids forum (perhaps browsing the relevant “Newbie” threads first).
This is the right forum for most of what you seek. The steroids forum is the best for hGH. However, you do not want to take the amounts that you may find there.
You need to get a male hormone panel and complete blood work done. Then you will know what you need.
T without AI or hCG can create problems.
hGH without T would be a waste of money, all the more if you have low T now - which would be the norm.
You can try 50mg of DHEA and see if that has benefits for you.
You need to review alcohol, drugs, tobacco, OTC drugs [including ephedra], grapefruit, diet and supplements to see if any are known to increase E levels, that then lower T by negative feedback on the HPTA.
Your age, height, %BF, where you carry you fat, difficulty of losing fat, energy, initiative, changes in libido are all significant things that are part of the picture.
There are no simple cut and dry answers to the issues involved with your query.
Ok, I’ve done some reading, just maybe I don’t understand all the terms! My diet isn’t that bad, but I’m sure any work on it will help. I really didn’t want to get a doctor involved if I can help it, I’ve any enough with them in the past. Was just looking for some tips on the above. I hear you KSman on no cut and dry answers, this is why I needed some tips. thanks.
