HGH and Peptide Questions

I was gifted 20 mg of omnitrope. I know it’s not really a lot, but I was wondering if I could get any benefit to taking it. I’m currently taking BPC-157 and TB-500 trying to heal torn hamstring. I read that BPC-157 enhances growth hormone receptors, so I was thinking that taking the hgh would help enhance the healing properties. Or even to help add a little muscle or shed the last couple stubborn pounds of fat I’m hanging on to.
Would I be better off taking it in a bunch of smaller doses, or a few larger doses? If either was more efficient, what how much should I take and when? (in the morning, after a work out, before bed) Would a small dose shut down my natural production of gh? Any help on this subject would be much appreciated!

I probably should’ve mentioned that I’m 41 years old, 6’0 180 pounds. I work out 3-5 days a week.

Let’s see, 20mg is equal to 60 units. Yeah I would definitely take it, but don’t expect anything earth-shaking. There are many different opinions on dosing protocol so I’m going to share with you what I’ve done. For me 2 units daily is great. That is considered an anti-aging dose and I’ve not experience any negative side effects. Your body naturally produces GH at night when you sleep, so I was instructed to take it first thing in the morning when you wake up since that’s when your body will ‘not’ be producing it on its own and an exogenous source is most useful. This dosage and timing will not effect your natural production. You have enough on hand to do this for one month, but I would caution you against building up any expectations beforehand. I was told 6 months of continuous use is the sweet spot for noticeable change. My two cents.

Hi slam yeah that 18 in your handle is not helping you much. It’s like all the millennials around here always have an 80 something in their handle.

What do you hope to gain out of this short cycle of GH? Some weight loss? Have you ever had you IGF-1 measured? You do know if you taker this your natural GH will shut down and it will take some time for it to return.

Yeah I’m not expecting anything earth shattering, I have it and didn’t just want it to go to waste. Thanks for your reply!

Haha, I appreciate the tip. I’ve had that handle for a real long time. It goes back to my first email address back with aol when I actually was 18.

I’ve never had my levels tested. I am on testosterone therapy and get blood work all the time, but they never tested my gh levels.
You think it’ll shut down my natural production even at a very low dose? I got the stuff for free and just didn’t want it to go to waste.

I’ve seen results at 3 months but you are right, the OP isnt going to get much out of a months worth of GH.
