I know storage is an issue. Any way you can get a dorm fridge for your garage or bedroom or office?

Also, once you start GH, your natural production will cease. GH is something your body releases every day. I think you need to consider daily injections at night to simulate your own cycle.

Already have a fridge in the garage but the family goes in there so that’s a no go. Basement prob gets a bit to warm. Really the only option for daily would be to go to where I train which would be somewhat of a pia for me and trainer.

Perhaps you need to have a conversation with your wife / family. Using behind the backs of loved ones is likely to back fire on you. I’ve had these discussions, and I have an agreement that as long as I stay moderate, I’ll be allowed to use. Not allowed to use tren though.

Not gonna happen. She’s ok with TRT but that’s it. Would have to be prescribed to be ok with it.
But thats in the works as well;)

If that’s the case then don’t do it. Wives always find out. Always. And when you lie to them they’re a cross between an orca and an elephant: they’re mean as Hell and they never, ever forget.

I’d have to disagree with you which is rare for me!

Actually my wife has been awesome with all my little experimentations and she still pins me twice a week.

Agree 100%.
I could have that conversation with her and she would be pissed but she would get over it. The issue would be I would constantly hear about it. Would become a thorn in my optimized side!!!

So 2 weeks into this experiment (12iu/3 times per week)and can def report that muscle recovery is off the hook. Mon, Weds and Fri are my hard days and I am going very hard at the moment even though i’m eating just under maintenance. This in conjunction with my current test/primo/deca cycle is a great combination for me. I’m 4 weeks into the cycle. Weight has not really changed but i’m liking what I see in the mirror. Def tightening up and looking bigger/more defined. This may be my go to from now on.

I know its early in your cycle but I’m kind of surprised at this with the test/deca.

This cycle is meant to cut but turning more into recomp. Running the deca/test at 400/wk and the primo at 600/wk. It’s now turned into an experiment adding in the GH. Will run it at 12mg/wk for the rest of the cycle. This is my first time with primo and the first time running deca this high. Have 0 sides currently aside from feeling a touch withdrawn at times. Assuming thats from the deca. Never experienced that at 250mg/wk but it’s easily manageable and if this is the only issues that arise that will be great. Had Tbol in for the first 4 weeks as well as proviron. Tbol ends tomorrow and proviron will continue to the end. Very pleased so far and happy I added in the GH.

I’m glad you’re seeing results but I’m not sure I agree with your protocol of skipping days. I think the goal is to mimic the natural cycle but with greater amounts. I think you’re short-changing yourself by not pinning GH nightly.

I’m not saying 12 iu nightly, just divide the dose across the week. Say 5 iu/day

Yes I know it’s not ideal but I can’t have it in the house at the moment. My TRT doc is giving me some peptide to try so once that is in the fridge I can switch out the vials without any questioning. That will be for later though. Current GH are pens so they need to remain where they are so the 3 times per week will continue.
So far just in this short time I feel like i’m able to push harder and recover with no issue. Had a little fatigue at first but adjusted my macros and all is good now. As mentioned above this started as a cut but once I introduced the GH and from what i’m seeing in the mirror it will be more recomp. I feel/look like i am building a touch of lean tissue while the fat drops away. This may be the best cycle I have done to date. Very please so far.

Has anyone added T4 to their HGH routine? I know that taking GH accelerates the conversion of T4 to T3, and I imagine adding in more would be overall beneficial, but I haven’t heard a ton of experiences one way or the other.

There was just a discussion about this on another forum I’m on. Several guys supplement T4 for this reason.

I was reading some on HGH and some were saying you don’t have to mess with T3/4 till you’re in upwards of 6iu a day? Any truth to that. If I remember right they were claiming T4 for 6-9ish a day and T3 any higher than that.
