I remember CT writing somewhere about not doing or changing up the HFS if doing consecutive cycles of the iIndigo programs. Anyone remember this or know where I could look?
Thanks!

Basically, don’t do HFSW more than 4 weeks straight without taking four weeks off. I think I’ll just pick one HFSW lift per phase

is that for these programs???
holy shit man i been doing all HFS lifts at the for the past 8 weeks?
how long do we take a break between phases and what did you do in between, see this is the problem, some people say “just do it as prescribed”, but amoungst the forums sub forums there is conflicting info
I don’t think it’s anything to get worried about. I’ve done it for the full 12 weeks before. As we do stuff, we always end up making adjustments.
The suggestions in that spill were either to do the HFSW lifts for 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, or 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off. For me, I’m just doing one lift each 4 weeks so I can focus on it, then do another one the next block, rotating through a press, a squat, and a pull.
And in all honesty, I was just looking for justification to do fewer HFSW lifts per workout and still feel like I was following the plan, and remembered I’d read this somewhere… Ha!
Haha yeah its very intense doing those high rep high number of sets those first 2 weeks of each phase, kinda draining and takes ages!!!
