You people need to chill out. Nitpicking his height by an inch? really? There are things called genetics, and believe it or not some people have above average genetics, so get over it.

Relax man. It’s totally possible this is the op and he really weighs whatever he says he does. I was just pointing out another inconsistency.
Maybe he just hit the thickness genetics jackpot?
Lookin great OP.
Just to be realistic, I cannot imagine any person writing 5’11 for the title and then 6’0 in the post(its not a possible typo…)
I don’t care enough to actually call you on the bs though so I’ll just say I’m fucking baffled people will ask to have their physique rated while only showing pictures with half of their fucking body.
To stop being a dick and to actually be constructive though, the lats struck me first as a weakness. Your back and traps are actually thick and developed though which is a nice surprise. I wouldn’t be too surprised if the whole physique was good but I’m not going to assume the bottom matches the top.
I hate to call BS so early as well, but I have to. 197lbs? Ya maybe if you actually only had an upper body. Far too thick to be that light.
Not only that, but he said the wheel shots are to come, but never posted them (and never heard from him since).
Yep. Definately a troll and I’ve definately seen those exact same pictures before somewhere. Avatar pic as well some time ago…

I’ll never understand why someone would post pics of someone else and claim it’s them. That is really strange to me.
Hey everyone I’ve been out of town…sorry to be gone long enough to let this thread get out of hand! Yes that is me and yes I do fluctuate from 197 to 200 lbs these days (I wish I could get to 230!). I did say that I will post leg pics which I plan on doing tomorrow since I have been out of town. The pics also look familiar to some of you because I am a member on another site (don’t want to put the full name so I’ll just say BB.com). The heights differ because I pasted my measurements and stuff from the other site when I guessed my height at 6 ft but later measured at 5’11 so no e stats out of me! As far as my diet, I shoot for 4500 calories a day with a 50%/30%/20% ratio of carbs/proteins/fats. I also do not max much on my lifts but I know that my bench max is 425, I prefer rack pulls over RDLs and my max is 635 on those. My clean rep on BB Supinated grip rows is 225 for 5-6 and on my squats I will ATG up to 365 and then switch to parallel from there but my squat numbers do not “match up” due to the fact that I do lunges for the most part. Thank you everyone for the props and the motivation and sorry to those of you who thought I was a troll…not the case! I think I covered everything but let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you again for all of your feedback…I’ll hit the lats harder!
theres no way that the OP is 5’11" and 197 (unless he has absolutely no legs)
Post a leg pic and a pic with you holding a shoe if you really want to prove you’re for real… I seriously doubt it though with the amount of trolls this site gets
@OP
I think you look big and thick, very lean as well.
Keep up the work.
@others
Most you guys know 1morerep, right. He was huge at 150lb or something (don’t quote me on the numbers).
This guy has very good genetics and full muscle bellies.
Another point is that he is very lean, we know from waylander that you need to drop close to 50lb to go from relatively lean to very lean.
Still waiting on those leg pics with a shoe. It’s been nearly one week.

x2
You shouldn’t be waiting. Guy’s a fake, obv.
hahaha
Haven’t forgotten about you troll. It’s been over 2 weeks now.
hahhahahaha
The OP bf% from his pics he posted is not 7%. Not even close to that. More like in mid teens.
OP if you were to dial in for a show you would likely be a light middle weight. Good start but you have a long way to go as you likely know, so please don’t let these guys swell your head too much. Just keep on training hard.
No way you weigh 197. im 200 and much much smaller then you
but i dont mean to hate on you. you look good man. no homo
I 100% agree with the OP’s stats of 5’11" and 197lbs. There are people out there who look bigger/heavier than what the number on the scale reflects. It all boils down to proportions!
The OP appears to have a relatively small head (very evident in the back shot). Having a small crainium is a HUGE blessing with regards to bodybuilding potential. To state the obvious, the smaller your head is, the bigger your body will appear. Take 2 guys who are clones of each other from the neck down. However one guy has a 23" head circumference and the other guy has a 21" circumference. The guy with the 21" head is going to give the ILLUSION of having a bigger body even though they are both identical in size. Muscular cartoon heroes are always depicted with small heads for this very reason.
The OP has long muscle bellies (especially in his arms). Check out how short the tricep tendon is in the right arm in the back shot. His triceps muscle runs down pretty close to his elbow. In the frontal shots you can see the fullness of the brachialis and biceps pushing into each other, a trademark of long and developed muscle bellies. The majority of the population does not have long muscle bellies and can’t acquire them; 100% genetic.
The OP’s wrists do not appear to be tiny which may be indicative of large arm bones capable of augmenting bigger muscle bellies. This factor (large arm bones) coupled with long muscle bellies and a significant degree of development all factor in to contribute to the “thick look.”
Also the OP has a narrow hip/pelvic bone structure which is tied in with the capacity to have a small waist. This makes the upper body appear bigger and visually/aesthetically impressive.
Alot of bodybuilding is about muscular proportions and how they sit on one’s skeletal structure. Weighing a certain bodyweight does not equate or guarantee a certain look! So for all you guys who weigh more but look less impressive, just remember that bodyweight and what you ulitmately look like are not correlated.
To the OP, you have the natural/genetic gifts. The rest is intelligence and dedication both of which you appear to have. Good job!
