It is only minor, but these minor setbacks will add up, which is what i’m trying to prevent. always killing it.

this sucked, everything felt slow today, things were slow last week as well and had to cut it short to be elsewhere. but I think this is due to a technical problem or a cue I’ve forgotten. lowering to 97.5 next week on the 3’s, then moving up when that is snappy enough. 308 in june.

Good lifting as usual though, and could be wise to delay the diet, it’s so much easier when away from home and no one needs that extra psychological stress!
