Just want to mention two things about the credit card debate that I didn’t see brought up.
Even if for whatever reason you never plan on making a purchase that requires credit it is still a good idea to put all your purchases on your card for 2 reasons.
1- Most cards have some sort of rewards program whether it be cash back or some sort of points towards something.
2 - Essentially you are getting a “free loan” (a loan at 0% interest) , this allows your money in the bank to collect more interest than it otherwise would had you paid cash everything.
I put all of my purchases on my card, I have been doing this since I was 18 and I have never carried a balance forward. This is the smart thing to do. As a bonus it makes it easier to track your expenses and make a budget spreadsheet at the end of the month.
Harder girl does not = better girl. Pain in the ass girl who is hell to get is usually a disappointment.
The right moment to ask a girl out is the moment you have interest in her. Especially girls at work etc. if you know her for a week and start getting interested ask her out immediately, same if you are interested the second you meet her.
Don’t worry if you see her everyday at work/college etc. When you go for a girl on day one and are shut down it’s honestly not awkward at all it’s nice and simple you’ll be over her right away and normally get along fine she’ll like you more then she would have and even though she may not of wanted to date you she will have increased respect for you it’s a great way to end up with hot female freinds who normally end up haveing a crush on you or wanting to have sex with you anyway lol , waiting then asking her out or being interested and not asking her out now THAT is awkward.

Due to my Patrick Bateman-esque grooming routine, as well as formerly dating someone who worked in the skin lab at Shiseido, I know quite a bit about shaving/skin care:
-A combination of Zirh pre-shave oil and Zirh shaving cream will give you the closest shave you thought possible.
-Straight razors are not worth the trouble, unless a barber is doing it for you
-Soak your razor blades in peppermint oil when you’re not using them. It will extend their life many times over. Razors don’t dull from contact with your beard…only from corrosion and exposure to air.
-Any good skin product with Alpha hydroxy acids (Lactic acid, malic acid, glycolic acid) will make your skin look significantly better. There’s actually a good amount of science backing these up, in particular glycolic acid.
-Girls notice good skin.
Instead of a straight razor (agreed, too much effort and cost in maintaining one), use double edged blades. Buy a new one from Merkur or grab a 50’s or 60’s model Gillette off Ebay for less than $20. Quality double edged blades are way cheaper than Mach 3’s, will last 4 to 5 shaves and cut much closer.
Also invest in a good badger brush and shaving soap or cream. I prefer a Taylor ofOold Bond Street cream in avacado or almond scents. $16.00 a tub and last for about 8 months of shaving.
I had heard that you can ask banks to do the kind of credit check they used to do before credit cards took off where they track down your prior landlords, utitlity payments and other kinds of financial records and construct an equivalent credit score.
I can see why they would prefer just to check your credit history but had anyone else heard this?

Wicked flashbacks.
My white weenie deck was phenomenal. I used to school local tournaments on the regular about 10 years ago.

You can still get the clapp, crabs and warts. But none of those will kill you so don’t be a pussy.
What specific products would you recommend? I’m also very metro/guido douchebag.
It depends on your skin type. Mine gets slightly oily so I have to use certain products.
Most of my favourites are made by Zirh. Their facial wash, simply called “Clean”, is the best I’ve ever used. As mentioned, their pre-shave oil and shaving cream is also the best I’ve encountered. I find their moisturizers a bit too heavy though. For that, I use Biotherm Homme T-Pur Mattefying.

I bought mine in a dept. store. It can be cost prohibitive ordering stuff online here because of the duty. Your best bet is a place like Amazon.com…probably half of what you’d pay at a store

^Used this one today.
My helpful tip is to always be mindful that voices carry.
Don’t talk shit about someone while they could potentially be in the same room/building/vicinity as you. If you actually care whether or not you hurt their feelings.
On Leadership:
-Praise in public.
-Chastise in private.
If you want your #2 to have any sway over your team, you build him up in front of them. When he inevitably does something wrong and/or incorrect, tearing him down in front of the team would give mixed messages. Therefore, do it privately.
Calm yourself down when in heavy traffic and dealing with irate drivers. It does not help you in the long run to get mad, curse or get violent. Take 3 to 4 deep breathes, grip and release the steering wheel and say “This too shall pass”. This advice took me 14 years of driving to appreciate.
Don’t listen to anyone that doesn’t have the results you seek. Always attempt to seek a mentor for every area of your life that matters - lifting, fitness, family, health, relationships, money etc.
