I would third shift and wake up at 2-3pm. I usually work out at 6:00pm and shower afterwards before work. should I spay the androsol after that shower and spray it again after work at 6:30am when I take another?
Yes, that would be good timing, since your showers are reasonably close to 12 hours apart (14 or 15 is close enough.)
(For the benefit of others: it is not necessary to shower twice per day with Androsol.)
