My critique is… Congratulations. That’s some great news

The best thing you could possibly do is learn to run with proper technique. It makes everything easier and you’ll get more benefits from plyos and weights. If you can’t get a track coach at least watch some videos on how to run properly. You could condition and sprint with the greatest program on earth but if your technique is not efficient you will be limited.

I do not think I can find a track and field. The best I can hire is a 28 years old pro soccer player, who has a coaching license for conditioning. He plays at the league above at the moment, but came of the best academy in the country and then shortly was in the best team in the country. He trains the kids in the team he plays for and is a coach in the local fitness gym.

I have observed his training methods with clients and he is trying to condition then and makes them do some agility drills. Nothing too fancy really. I am not sure I can learn a lot from him, but I can do some agility sport specific workouts with him to learn some drills.

There is not much I can learn locally, this is why I am here. I have a basic idea how to run, but I will take your advice to refresh knowledge in youtube.
