i got some problem carrying a school bag on my back, it’s uncomfortable and weird. I also have problem getting the squat bar on behind my shoulder and keeping it there.
I have some problem doing deadlifts, It is painful on my spine even if it’s not heavy (i only do 140lbs +bar). But maybe it’s only my technique that suck, i don’t know.
What do you mean by post, deceleration and woodchopping?I am not very familiar with english terms.
You think you have spinal problems because you have trouble carrying a bookbag? You have NO muscle on your back or your upper body in general so I seriously doubt you are training correctly AT ALL, especially when it comes to doing a deadlift.
You may need to work on your posture as well but anyone actually trying to diagnose you over the internet needs to stop typing. Either see a doctor for your “problem” or accept that actually gaining some muscle and strength overall might just help you carry a backpack.
Someone like you may actually NEED a personal trainer.
This is a bodybuilding forum.
yeah it is scoliosis (lateral curvature of the spine). My GF has the problem…Not much the doctors can do. My GF does experience some pain if she is doing too much activity. Have you been experiencing any pian or tightness.

No, as you said, he has scoliosis. I for one take your diagnosis as the final word. I mean, you do have a girl friend with the problem and he did post pics on the internet. What more does he need? Thanks, doc.
Well thanks professor X. Not like im positive but the right side of his lower back looks as if he has more muscle along the curve which is what is usually a common sign…sorry…her doc must of been lying to her
WTF, I almost piss myself everytime professor X rips someone a new one…its hilarious
Actually he needs to take the shit somewhere else…You people take this shit to serious…Like he knows it all…sad thing is; he is the one without the education…i guess if it makes him feel better then he should…He must of been neglected as a child, because he knows he can only get away with it on the net…

What does your girlfriend have to do with this poster?

I have an education. Anything else you want to get wrong tonight?
I was just stating a simple fact…i didnt say it was a fact he had that. All i said was she had it and from the pick looked like is that he did…But if you would rather slam people or put people down then good for you…
and everything is wrong in your eyes. we all know the “great” professor x is never wrong

How is trying to get lay-people to stop giving ill-informed diagnoses over the internet a “slam” against someone? I went to school for ten years to treat patients and I wouldn’t do that, yet people like you do it daily as if there is nothing wrong with it.
Either tell the guy to go see a doctor or stop trying to be one.

In America, we capitalize the first word in a sentence and use punctuation.
well i dont feel like it. am i writing an essay for you professot? didn’t think so…and im sure you really do treat people…i wasnt giving him shit…if you would of read a few above my comment. i was just confirming what the other guy said about it. i was just saying what it was and if he had any problems with it. Man you seem well educated…kinda jump the conclusion. Wouldnt want to be a doctor. If you are congrats to you.

sports medicine doctor are not free. You also have to get an appointment which is very hard. I don’t have the money to go see a physiotherapist. Another thing that i have to do is to burn to fat out of my back.
Thanks to my genetics i actually have 10 time more fat in my back and in my ass than in the front. I used to run alot and go to the gym each day which was dumb but now i only do sprint 4 times a week and train 5-6 times a week. I am lean everywhere but in the back.
I know I am pathetic but now i got to the point where i need to get other idea from people to get some results
well admittedly, i don’t know how it works in canada, but i thought it was free to see your family practitioner? in any case, why don’t you go and see a regular doctor and ask for his/her professional opinion… you might not even need to visit a “sports doctor” or physiotherapist.

Dude, if you were the first instance of someone doing that, it would be different. But there are TONS of “md/chiropractor-wannabes” on training forums all over the internet who don’t have even one single credential that would allow them to lay hands on another human being. Yes, that does get irritating because it actually seems like some people are uninformed enough to actually listen to them.
Alright, i understand. But i wasnt trying to treat or tell him what to do because i dont know the first about treating those kinds of things. In that case nothing when it comes to the medical field

Then we don’t have a problem at all, do we?
Just out of curiosity, are there any known Specialists on this board? In any medical discipline?
Anyway, original poster, go to a specialist. Get a referral from some GP, if need be.
I never had a problem…no problem here

So you are saying you know enough to know that you can’t treat somebody via the internet? Sounds like you are doing exactly what everyone should do.
The “add mass” was a good suggestion. Beyond that there is no problem that should be discussed.
