Help with Morning Training on Ultra Low Carb

I experienced them. I feel way better using fats / proteins

Sure, the idea of a big carb refeed leading to glycogen supercompensation and boosting leptin levels was pseudo science but widely believed 10 years ago. Of course, it can help focus you for those preceding 13 days. It certainly did for me. And, of course, it was fun.

You and me do fun differently

I will watch the water weight issue just incase and adjust carb intake down if need be hopefully it’ll be fine .

Training wise I was going to continue the total rep method while continuing to reduce rest time ect than once icant reduce time and add to total reps .
Eg Mon : chin/ dip /ghr/ ab exercise
Wed: inv row/ bss /press up/ ab exercise
Fri : press up/chin /sl rdl /SA OVH PRESS/
Sat : bodyweight Chipper
Try to walk 30-60mins everyday

Il consume plasma during or a pre workout meal of oats and whey coconut oil.

I don’t think plasma is a good expense for you right now. Just my opinion

Concur. I like to think I train pretty hard and I don’t train hard enough to need it

You don’t think a re-feed is beneficial ? My re-feed is typically a couple of triple steakburgers. Not really a bunch of carbs

The OP is talking about Berardi’s Get Shredded, which is, broadly, a carb cycling plan where you refeed on carbs every 14 days. Fat cycling is a different animal and, I’d argue, a far better strategy for low carb folks.
