did you bump the calories up? I’m surprised it went up on more fruits, but fiber does seem to lead to higher SHBG levels.

No, can’t say I bumped up calories. One thing Dr mentioned was maybe I wasn’t getting enough cholesterol and that was keeping free T low. That is the only thing I can think that would’ve changed diet wise. Sadly no, I’m in US. Guess I can roll with the caps if I can’t find any other source.
