Hi Everyone,
Recently I have been looking to get back into strength training and reignite my fitness. The problem is my schedule and time constraints mixed in with having a real life. I am a 36 year old male, 5’11", 175lbs. I have been lifitng since roughly 2016. Ive done starting strength, 5/3/1, grey skull lp and some other programs as well.
I currently work crazy hours. One day I might work a 7am to 3 pm shift and the next few days Ill work 3pm to 11pm. At times I might be working midnights so as I said I can be all over the place. The big issue is I get out of work and im stuck with the kids most days. I can usually get some workout in as long as it’s in the house in my wife’s small gym area that has limited space and equipment. We have a rower, treadmill, and bike. I have some dumbbells, a flat bench, bands, a sandbag and some kettlebells. I was hoping to come up with some type of program that I could do that would allow me to build muscle, keep off fat and look good. Any type of programs that are strictly dumbbell driven or a direction for me to research
