Whats up T-Nation. Im new here, recently left a couple other boards after all the bs and seems like this is a good place to get info. Im looking to do my first cycle within the next year and would appreciate any feedback.
Stats:
24 years old
6’0 192 lbs 10-12% bf
Been lifting over 3 years, only the last of which Ive been on a strict diet
Diet: 3500 cals (250g protein, 400g carbs, 100g fat) ever day the same 7 meals with a cheat here and there on weekends with the wife but still hit the same macros
I use a preworkout supplement and whey protein, along with a multivitamin and fish oil, gallon of water a day
Bench: 225lbsx10 Squat: 275x10 Deadlift: 355x1 (I dont ever do 1 rep maxes except deadlift)
Currently I do a routine called ALLPROS Beginner Routine which is full body 3xs a week (Squat, Bench, Bent Row, OHP, SLDL, Curl, Calf Raise-2 working sets of each exercise cycling reps from 8-12 and then increasing weight)
No AAS or PH experience
This is the cycle Im looking to run:
Week 1-12: 500g Test E/week split up in two shots
Week 1-12: 12.5 mg ED Aromasin and HGH 250 2xs a week
PCT: Weeks 15-18 Clomid 100/50/50/50 and Nolva 40/20/20/20
Ive done over 6 months research up to this point, but Im sure Ive barely scratched the surface. Ill continue reading but I have a couple questions. Would it help to run Aromasin through my PCT along with clomid and nolva? If not, should I at least run it in the two weeks before starting PCT?
