Hey guys, brand new to the forum. So I’ll give my stats. I’m a lifelong ectomorph and struggle big time gaining weight. I’ve been training for 7 years natural and am ready to take it to the next level. I meal prep and track my sleep as well. Let me know what you guys think of my first cycle.

I don’t know the first thing about steroids but you posted this in supplements and nutrition, I think it belongs in the pharma section lol. Good luck tho

Nothing wrong with that for a first run in my opinion.

Your PCT is off. You don’t need to run clomid and nolva. Stick with the nolva. You don’t need to continue the aromasin during your PCT either, in fact that would be a bad thing. I don’t recommend a cycle with your stats. Train harder, eat more.

Why just nolvs? If I had to pick one I’d go with clomid but if someone has both on hand I like them to run both just to get things back on as fast and as effectively as possible

Clomid has more side effects for most men. Running them both does not ‘get things done faster’. A quick google search of nolva versus clomid should give you all the info you need.

What I have found is that it is pretty 50/50 between the top coaches in our industry when it comes to preference nolva or clomid. I’ve done the google search thing when I first started this whole bodybuilding journey many years ago. Now I tend to go with the protocols the top professionals prescribe. I am not a medical professional so I can only draw from the info the best at what we do offer, and my own personal and clients experiences

From what I have read nolva is more effective at stimulating an increase in LH. Clomid has been more associated with mood swing issues and of course there is the rare blurred vision issue.
