Help with First Blast Appreciated

Did you show this to your Doc? Did he say you have gyno?
When my E2 runs high (>50) I get very sensitive to sad stories on TV or talking with the wify.
I only take my AI (.125mg) until the symptoms go away then I stop. I have been doing this for about 2 years and every blood test had come back with E2 between 22-38. My SHGB is kind of low and I prefer my E2 around the 28 mark. YMMV

Yeah I’ve shown him. Got it when I first started DIY TRT. That’s why I ended up goi g legit in the first place. He said not to worry about it as I’m the only one who would notice it.

Hate to be off topic but do you mind talking about your “mini blast” at 360 mg? How did that go? Did you experience anything above and beyond your normal trt dose? Positives and negatives…

Sure thing. I simply was hesitant to jump right up to 500 or 600 so I decided to try a middle ground for 8 weeks. I noticed that strength definately increased, but not dramatically. My appetite increased as well. That will be great now that I’m actually getting into my mass building phase. Definately excited to start the full blast next Friday after labs. The biggest difference I noticed was a giant spike in libido. Was actually kind of annoying by the tail end of it. Granted I’ve been married for 15 years and have teenagers. Different phase in life than some. Really it was exactly what I expected. I was still in a cutting phase but could tell that I tolerated the higher dose just fine. I split it up very conservatively at 3 shots a week at .6mg each and .5 adex after each shot.

I’m planning on doing the test and deca starting next Friday. I’m upping my calories starting today to 3000-3200 and 340 carbs 225 protein 80 fat. Thought it would be a good idea to get my body used to the change in diet before hitting it with another variable.

So do you feel like the 360 mini blast was worth the time and effort? Was it beneficial just purely as a data point on your own tolerance levels? I’m asking because that’s what I was planning on doing in a couple weeks after I see my endocrinologist and get some more bloodwork.

Yes, and yes. Definately helpfully data for me, but if I wasn’t planning on doing a full blast I would have run it for at least 12 weeks and been eating to gain mass. Hope that helps. Go for it. Out of curiosity what’s your TRT dose at?

I just did bloodwork on 120 mg a week split 60mg/60mg 3.5 days. TT was 1100 FT 24 E2 29. No AI. No hcg. Just straight Testosterone Cypionate

Ran 100 mg at the first part of the year. No ai. No hcg. TT 675. E2 27.

You’d definately see a difference. I’d go for it. I’d have either an ai or nolva on hand in case you need it though. Good luck

I have arimidex on hand (I dont want to touch the stuff ever again). I picking up nolva tomorrow along with another bottle of Test E. I tried arimidex one time. Dosed it at 0.100 of 1 mg and it was the worst I have ever felt. Obviously my estrogen wasn’t high enough to warrant it with e2 sensitive 29 being the highest I’ve ever had but I didnt think such a small dose could mess me up so bad. I’m just gonna run nolva and do bloodwork often specifically e2 sensitive which is only 52 bucks now.

Meal 5
1 scoop whey protein
Powdered peanut butter
Almond milk

Meal six
Spinach and lettuce salad mix
Zucchini
Cucumber
Broccoli
5 oz chicken breast

Fat free ranch

Whey protein
Powdered peanut butter
Almond milk

Killed chest with six exercises between the carb heavy meals. Let’s see how much I can grow!
