Starting PCT today 15 days after my last test e shot. I was on .25 adex eod during , was wondering what a good dosage would be to run and for how long during pct. Last time I did pct after the same cycle I stopped adex on the start of pct and I think my estrogen got to high as a started breaking out on my back. I found some old threads that recommend running adex at .5 a week for a month during pct, does that sound right to you guys?

Adex can cause estrogen rebound. Get some aromasin if you’re worried about estrogen rebound during pct
I should have given more details but yup that is my pct protocol, simple nova 40,40,20,20. Was wondering if adex could be tapered down with the pct, but looks like the new standard is just discontinuing it at the start of pct.

Aromasin would probably be more effective yes, unfortunately I don’t have any on hand. Would you advice to just drop the adex all together as it may actually be harmful, causing more of an estrogen rebound?
Last cycle I had no sides all cycle (10 week test e @ 500mg ew, with dbol kickstart) Then about two weeks into pct started to get some backne, which is something I have never really been prone too. I did not get blood work but I am guessing my estrogen balance got out of wack a little. Wondering if there is anything I can do or alter with what I have on hand to keep everything more stable this go around. Tools at my disposal are Nova, clomid, and adex. DOubt this matters but I was on HCG all cycle and discontinued 1 week before pct, and did the same last cycle.

yup.
A-dex does not work well with Nolvadex, either…
if you taper down your adex into PCT you’ll be alright. Generally stops rebound.

Alright thanks guys. going to taper down to 12.5 2x this week then discontinue adex for the remainder of pct (3 weeks). I will see if I get any acne again this go around, if so I will make sure to grab some aromasin for next go around.

I have not. Just learning. I’m asking questions around here and answering the easy ones (as this one is). Nolva 40/40/20/20 is more or less the gold standard for PCT, and it’s pretty well established that Adex doesn’t play well with Nolva. So I felt comfortable answering the question.
