Strong work Dude. Great that you work in the running with the lifting. I need to get some aeorbic exercise one of these days.
Eco- I really am doing this to loose the weight before spring,so I can get under 220. I want to enter a lift as light as I can. I don’t know if it will have a adverse effect on my 1RM. It sucks trying to loose weight and get stronger at the same time.
One of these days I gotta get back to the 220 range myself…hopefully you will lose mostly fat and your 1rm will increase, its possible I have seen it.
Matty- I’m gonna keep up with the running and see at the end of the month. My problem is pushing back from the table its a BP variation very difficult for some, arm length doesn’t matter.
Ran today 3.5 miles
531 seated mili 135x5,155x3,185x1
pullups 5x5
dips 15,15,12,10,10
531 DL
GHR 5x15
GM 4x15
HLR 5x15
Meet FEB 18th USAPL will be full lift RAW
Good luck in the meet!
Cav - Thanks hows the new job going.
workout yesterday just bike for 30 min
streches and foam roller
New job hasn’t started yet, but had a training course (for which they’ll pay me, which will complicate the unemployment benefits, etc). Another training next week. class starts first week in 2012. Got a new apartment there, will move in a couple of weeks. Lots of junk to worry about.
Cav- change is good
workout
BP 531
230x5,260x3,290x3 perfect form
15x5 elevated PU’s
Actually, psychologists say change is stressful. Hmmm . . . with a little more work, I could turn myself into a regular Debbie Downer. Remember the SNL Christmas episode?
Santa: “How would you like an EZ Bake oven for Christmas?”
Debbie: “I’ll pass. I’m sure my Barbie doll would stick her head in it.”
Cav- That which doesn’t kill us makes us stronger. More change please, I want to get pumped up.
SNL LOL I had forgotten that, til you mentioned it.
That’s how my mind works. I can’t make jokes on my own, so I’ve developed a near photographic memory for jokes from TV or movies. Shit, I remember stuff I read in Mad magazine over 40 yrs ago.
But just try to remember where I put my glasses . . .
