Using the Bigger Stronger Faster program

Now im 21 been out of work out routine for a couple year. And starting to look like shit. Ive lost my pecks and have grown love handles with the 20 extra pounds Got the beer belly and need a good work out routine to get back to the old me and ripped. When i was in high school i still had a pudge when after all the extreme practices and weightlifting.Id like to see a flat stomach even wishfull thinking a six pack. If i can go cheap it would be nice but im to the point that ill try anything where ill see results.

Just about any program at least kinda works for getting stronger again. But improving your body composition will be mostly a function of diet. Snoop around on the nutrition article on the site. There are a lot of useful ideas for diet in there.
