Help! Started Gym and Test Lowered

The long ester just means it takes a long time to dial in, esp at that kind of frequency. Nebido can work fine, but I’d inject it every 4-6 weeks, smaller doses, and you still have to wait months to really reach stability. Just have to be patient, and have a doctor that understands this

@Ami41
I started doing “TRT” (I do it without a doctor, using underground gear and add amounts/compounds as i feel so more doing drugs that TRT but my basics remind me of yours.)

I read up a LOT and (IMO because of that ) had every possibly little issue you can get.
Highs estrogen symptoms, till I did bloods and saw no it was fine.
Low estrogen, nope (well once but from reading about using aromatase inhibitors so of course tried them and went too far)
High red blood count! feeling out of breath and sluggish, potentially very dangerous…
did bloods, nope turned out I’m just a lazy bastard who needed to do cardio.

You’ve been offered legal TRT under the care of a Dr. That’s a great start, is it ideal? Not according to lots of people but it must work for some I’m guessing? And I’m willing to bet the ones it works for are the people who don’t go onto forums and obsess.

People will say don’t bother but I’m guessing its free (as on NHS?) so that’s a big plus, maybe try it this way for a few months then if not happy look at a clinic. People will say that its not worth waiting 6 months for, that’s your decision. 6 months really isn’t long in the scheme of things, even if feeling under the weather and the alternative is either pay out of pocket for someone who will give you testosterone or they don’t have a business, or do it on your own and use (mildly) illegal drugs that have no regulations or health controls on them (as I do!!)

Right lads, i need your help pls, ive discussed with Urologist that i need a different dosing protocol as not keen to take the 4ml all at once and asked for either 2ml - week 1, 2ml - week 6 or 2ml - week 1, 1ml- week 4, 1ml - week 8.

He’s stated thats not standard regime (which we already know) and need to book an appointment to discuss if not happy.

So im going to discuss it and see if i can get it changed, already stated not happy due to massive amount of test to start and then this will taper gradually etc! Escalation of estrogen/e2 issues… what else can i say to support my argument??

Let us know cheers :+1:t4:

These are very sobering comments and offer a positive alternative perspective rarely preached around these parts.

If you remain this persistent I am certain that you will sooner or later find yourself on a satisfying protocol. Seems like your doctor is willing to work with you, too. You must be paying him out of pocket.

Nothing. He may say try the standard dose schedule first, then maybe change it if you do not respond well. You could say that you are not lobbying for an increased dose, or overdose, and spreading it out won’t hurt you.

Definitely. You tend to find what you are looking for in life and that includes side effects. There are fluctuations, good days, and bad days. Sometimes, things are not “steady.”

Testogel isn’t terrible

Some have issues with absorption. I find the main drawbacks to transdermal application are the price and constraints associated with time of application

Testogel would PROBABLY put you far above where you are now.

What matters is how you feel. Try that other company in Europe called balance my hormones or something like that. don’t fuck with sate healthcare.

Sorry lads this has been posted on two threads as had two convos going on lol.

Hi lads, thanks all for your input, further update on above after a lot of researching and enquiring (as shown above), found out that Nebido would be given on NHS 1 x 3 months however, would check on week 11 to see if this has dropped and top up if needed. This would be free which is obviously best financially which suits me at the moment.

However, discussed with another source, abd they are happy to ask for me to go get bloods, and then for £150 per month, (no questions asked) provide Nebido 1 x 12 weeks too, but then given every 8-10 weeks, or sustanon provided 1ml every 3 wks but then drops to every 2 wks. Bloods checked after 8 weeks.

I have then contacted BMH who for an expensive fee will do bloods (or i can get these done) and then have a consultation where they provide and advise Sustanon or Cypionate 0.5 every 3/4 days (which sounds a lot like the method you guys are talking about), but this is quite pricey, however after bloods and the £199 consultation, i think it drops to a payment plan dd per month.

I’m a bit stuck on cash as have a family/kids etc, so was thinking if i try the nebido regime for free and it turns out shit, then go onto the BMH in due course, would that be an issue, how long does it take to go from one process without issues to another.

The consultant from BMH sounded very knowledgable indeed, has looked at my bloods and said that they are a few things should be looking at, he’s had 47 yrs in the field of endocrinology/autoimmune conditions, which i seem to have both, and told me that its most likely primary hypogonadism as LH should be roughly be around 2 but is 6.7 (would you guys agree with this who know about bloods). My urologist didn’t even point this out.

Thoughts on above lads please?

I’ve also given over a week break training as had aches in forearms and feels like bone pain, legs have been aching too, but this seems to be now that I’ve given training a break these are all coming out, my urologist said that slow recovery is also a sign of low T, but I’ve had fingers pain as well as forearms, just weak feeling and stiffness etc, like I said I stopped training for over a week and will be resuming in due course, but going to get bloods done to see if test has changed from having a break as was 7.7 (seemed to go down after training and was higher previously before started gym).
