I am now joining a gym and they have dumbbells that go to 150. The weights I used to use have dumbbells that only go up to 60 so now I can conclude dumbbell bench and other exercises requiring more weight. My old routine was:
Monday-
Squats 5x5
Bench 5x5
Barbell Row 5x5
DB Curl 3x5
superset:
Skull Crushers 3x5
Wednesday-
Deadlift
Dips
Pull-Ups
DB Press
Barbell Shrugs
Friday-
Squats 5x5
Bench 5x5
Barbell Row 5x5
BB Curl 3x5
superset:
Tricep Pressdown 3x5
I swith the set/rep scheme every now and then. I want a routine that includes DB bench and other new exercises but I dont know where to put them in a new routine. Thanks
