Lifts are down a bit, idk how far i will go, i honestly will probably till i can see some abs. I want to start bulking again soon, but i dont want to get that big again. Once i am at a leanness I am satisfied with Ill bulk correctly and hopefully not lose any sort of ab definition once I get there
Watch your diet. You are getting sick for a reason, figure out why. Lack of vitamines? Minerals? Meal timing?
