Lotsa good stuff here, but this guy nailed it. I don’t think I have anything to add. If I only knew then what I know now. Please God PLEASE!!! Can I just changes ages with one of these guys for a couple years.
some good piece of advice. Ok I will cut the cardio (HIIT program) to 2 days only and get 2 full days off like sat and sunday.
And I will definitely try to eat every 2.5-3 hrs and will also incorporate fruits in my diet and thanks for the pre and post workout drink recipe…you must be a good cook–just kidding

hahahaha…but never think age is the factor for anything. try hard enough you can achieve anything any time.
I haven’t read a lot of the thread but you mentioned you might be considering CW 10x3. I did that an put 20lbs on my bench while cutting last year. So really I was consistantly gaining while losing a lot of fat.

Plenty of protein, not enough fat or carbs. Adding 40g of healthy fats is adding 400 cal. to your diet. Pecans and walnuts are easy to get. 2 servings gets you 400 cal.
More healthy carbs, and don’t sweat the egg white only stuff, unless your blood profile is really bad…more calories, better tasting.
