Today felt like a wasted workout. Today was repetition work for my upper body on WS4SB. I usually rotate my lifts every two weeks. Last week I used DB bench press on swiss ball for my repetition lift. I used 65lb Dbs for 20 reps, 10 reps, then 8 reps, 90 second rest between each set. Today looked like this:
DB swiss ball bench 65 x 8, Had to go back down to 50s. My right arm just has no strength in it.
I did some cable rows, wrist roller with a thick PVC pipe for grip work, then came home and worked on my rotator cuff with some tubing. I am thinking of of switching over solely to repetition work for my upper body while my shoulders heal.
