Help Me Add/Change My Bulking Diet

I’m 6’ 180 lbs. with around 13%-14% bodyfat and I’m trying to bulk for the next 6-7 months. I’ve been using a diet I’ve put together, and while I shot up from 173 to 180 quick, I leveled off for a bit. Here’s what I’ve been working with:

Can I know it’s probably not enough, but can you guys add to it? I forgot to add the fruit on there that I usually grab throughout the day. I’m also taking a multi-vitamin and fish-oil.

Eat your egg yolks. Double everything. More red meat. More fats overall. Better PWO.

Crap, also forgot to mention that my dinner changes meat dish wise every night. I try to get steak Mon Weds, chicken and salmon.

Should I add a couple more yolks in my second meal then?

What should I do with the PWO? I’ve been throwing some fruit in the blender to eek out a few more calories.

Don’t separate your eggs. The yolks contain half the protein, all the fat soluble vitamins, and is more than 40% monosaturated (good) fat.

Fructose (fruit sugar) will replenish liver glycogen but not muscle glycogen. So that’s not optimal.

no shit? i wondered how much of the protein was in the yolks, but i didn’t realize it was that much.
