I’ve been around the site for a couple of weeks now, reading all the articles I can get my hands on and such. I guess I’ll tell you where im comming from and then we can get to the meat of the issue.
I started training 7 months ago after I stopped running long distance. I was about 130 pounds then and with some decent nutrition and some training I’m now weighting 175. My body fat dropped from 10% to 9% and my lifts increased by a decent ammount.
I want to get to 200+ pounds and I search everyday for new tips and tricks that can help me maximize my gains. I’ve been training without any test boosters or any steroids and I’d like to keep it that way(since im only 18).
Does anybody have a nutrition tip or trick or maybe a solid workout routine that might help me on this goal?
your progress is great. Change nothing except this. Eat like a 200 pound person. In other words, you need a larger calorie excess to gain more weight than what it took from where you were to where you are now.

Hey guys, thanks for the comments. I have a question though. With your suggestion of eating like a 200 pound person, should I calculate what a 200 pound guy needs for maintenance and eat that ammount or should I steadly increase my caloric intake, say 1000 cals over my current maintenance needs and keep increasing it as my weight increases? Thanks again.
